Reporting to the Director of Planning, the Senior Manager of Project Controls is responsible for tracking and reporting overall project schedules, cost estimates, status, and budget for HCAA’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Master Plan projects throughout those projects’ life cycles.  In addition, the Senior Manager of Project Controls will be responsible for assisting the Project Directors in their overall project management role by providing cost and schedule control support and reporting mechanisms.

The Service Plumber Trainee position offers a comprehensive opportunity for individuals to engage in various aspects involving installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water lines, pumps, and underground water and sewer lines. Trainees should demonstrate proficiency in most of the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) required for the role. Within a 12-month duration, a trainee will undergo a combination of on-the-job technical training, and a formalized plumbing training course. The trainee will progress to a Journeyman level, ultimately paving the way for their promotion to the position of Multitrades Worker III- Service Plumber.

The Multitrades Worker III – Fire System Technician is a dynamic position that requires knowledge of existing fire systems, Fire codes, pipe fitting, and fire system Maintenance. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Abilities to troubleshoot and execute repairs to existing fire systems.

The Electrician II position is a crucial role within an organization responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. This position involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical issues, and implementing repairs and upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.

Assist management with customer service, merchandising and inventory to drive sales. Open and close the store, promoting a positive working environment for the staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Maintain superior knowledge of store products, resolve customer concerns, and partner with store leadership team when needed. Complete shift opening/closing cash counts and related paperwork, ensure visual standards are followed and ensure a safe environment for customers and employees. Previous experience as a Supervisor may be required.

Perform Electronic check-in of passengers, assign passenger seats. Match manifest to on-board count. Connect Jetway,  Assist with baggage tags and baggage claim reports. Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift.

Check in, price ticketing and display product. Must maintain support spaces and stores free of debris, cleaned and merchandised at all times.

Critical role in keeping cargo, packages and aircraft moving safely and on time. Leader of Ramp Agents teams and in charge of  flights. Facilitating the processes of loading and unloading of containers from aircraft and warehouse, and sorting /scanning packages.
