Green Parking Options

Tampa International Airport is proud to offer free electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at all of our airport parking facilities. All-electric or hybrid-electric vehicles capable of receiving a charge are encouraged to use the spaces designated for EV charging. Low polluting alternative fuel vehicles such as those powered by biodiesel, CNG, hydrogen, electric, or are hybrid-electric, are encouraged to park in the Preferred Parking spaces in the Long Term Garage.

Level 1 Charger - Equivalent to plugging into a standard 110V electrical outlet. These types of chargers are found in the Long Term and Economy Parking Garages.

Level 2 Charger - Equivalent to plugging into a 220V outlet. These types of chargers are found in the Short Term Parking Garage and Cell Phone Lot.
