Awarded Contracts and Contract Amendments

In accordance with Section 332.0075 (2)(f) Florida Statutes, any contract or contract amendment for the purchase of commodities or contractual services executed by or on behalf of the commercial service airport in excess $325,000 shall be posted no later than 7 business days after execution.

NOTE:  For posting of contracts and contract amendments, the Authority will utilize the threshold of $100,000 in accordance with the HCAA Enabling Act.
