1st Amendment Request

All first amendment applicant(s) applying for a First Amendment permit at Tampa International Airport are required to follow the instructions specified in the Tampa International Airport Rules and Regulations and applicable Standard Procedure(s). Once the permit is reviewed by Airport Operations, an electronic DocuSign form will be emailed to the applicant.

Prior to the commencement of First Amendment activities, applicants must contact the Airport Operations Center (AOC) at (813) 870-8700 and advise that the applicant is on the property and will be commencing the approved First Amendment activities. Once First Amendment activities are completed for the day, applicants must notify the AOC at the phone number listed above that the activity is completed for the day.

First Amendment activity is only permitted on the day(s) and time(s) requested and noted on the permit. Any changes to date(s) and/or time(s) must be submitted through a new first amendment application.
