Ensure standards are consistently achieved by food and beverage team. Provide the best customer service to all guests. Enforce company policies/procedures to ensure a quality appearance of the concession at all times.
Provide excellent customer service, keep the restaurants and units clean and sanitized for both guests and employees. Check in, price ticketing and display product.
Engage with guests (greeting, communicating specials, answering questions about menu items, etc.) and deliver food/beverages. Must be able to anticipate guest needs, be quick and efficient, and able to accurately balance bills at the end of each shift.
