This is a manual and skilled landscape maintenance and groundskeeping work. Work involves developing and caring for grounds, shrubbery, and plants and improving irrigation maintenance and repairs. Multitrades Workers II-Landscaping is assigned to the maintenance activities related to mowing grass, planting and transplanting shrubs, fertilizing, trimming, and cutting trees in the care of airport and airfield grounds, parking lot areas, parks, terminals, and other airport facilities. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on gardening and ground equipment. It may require horticultural training. May operate light trucks and assorted power equipment.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Planning & Development and Maintenance, the Vice President of Maintenance is a senior leadership role that is responsible for more than 225 employees and a $60M annual budget. The Vice President of Maintenance is accountable for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of all airport-related facilities and systems
Perform Electronic check-in of passengers, assign passenger seats. Match manifest to on-board count. Connect Jetway, Assist with baggage tags and baggage claim reports. Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift.
Assist management with customer service, merchandising and inventory to drive sales. Open and close the store, promoting a positive working environment for the staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Maintain superior knowledge of store products, resolve customer concerns, and partner with store leadership team when needed. Complete shift opening/closing cash counts and related paperwork, ensure visual standards are followed and ensure a safe environment for customers and employees. Previous experience as a Supervisor may be required.
