Copies of police reports from the Tampa International Airport Police Department can be obtained by making a request to the Department Records Section. We promptly respond to each request, however, delays can result if the report requires additional processing time for completion or if any of the requested information is missing. Reports can be sent to the requesting party by fax, mail, email or may be picked up in person at the Police Department.

Reports less than two years old have a $2.00 processing fee. Checks should be made out to Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. Reports older than two years have been archived and have an additional processing fee of 15 cents per sheet for single-sided copies and 20 cents per sheet for double-sided copies. If the request requires an extensive search, the fee is $18.13 per hour in addition to the normal copy fees.
