TampaAirport.com has been a one-stop location for airport information; the new mobile site is a handy travel version specifically designed for today’s smartphone users looking for no-nonsense information at their fingertips.
Airport customers with smartphones can log onto TampaAirport.com and will immediately be redirected to the mobile site. The mobile site includes all of the most requested information from the website including:
- Flight Information
- Parking options and rates
- Shops and Restaurants
- Ground Transportation
More features are expected to be added in the coming months to accommodate the growing trend of customers using smartphones to gather information on the go.
“Providing the highest level of customer service no longer involves just a pleasant visit at the Airport,” said Tampa International Airport CEO Joe Lopano. “We have to anticipate the needs of our customers and provide better service before they even walk through the door.”
This enhanced customer service initiative is currently accessible over a variety of smartphone operating platforms including iPhone and Android; additional smartphone operating platforms will be available soon.
