Information needed from all Suppliers
If you are interested in becoming a supplier for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Authority),click on the link below to access the online application for our new business and supplier registration.

All potential and current suppliers will need to complete the online application. The application will use an Internet based online registration system to capture and update business data and basic administration functions utilizing the Internet. The system will generate automated emails for notification of annual registration update. The Internet based administration application will have the capability to send out bid notification emails to registered businesses. Each registered business will designate an administrator who will have the capability to update information about the business, such as contact person(s), address and name changes, and/or phone, fax or email changes, as well as any additional licenses or certifications obtained. Note: a completed W-9 is required to finalize the application process.

The Authority will collect the business’ Federal Identification Number which will be used as a unique identifier for each registered business. Federal Identification Numbers will not be viewable by public users of the database.

This database will be used by the Authority to obtain pricing for goods and services, provide a common database for business information and collect DBE and WMBE information electronically. It will also provide bid/ quotation notification emails. In addition, the information (other than Federal Identification Numbers) will be accessible by other businesses who may be seeking subcontractors.

Becoming a business partner with the Authority opens doors to additional business and sales opportunities.
